Survival Swim

Trained by the Utah Aquatics Acadamy in techniques that have proven successful since 2005.  We can help infants, toddlers, children, teens, and even adults learn to swim. What makes our program so unique is the personalization of each lesson to each student. Our instructors work with each students individual personality, which allows each them to progress at their own pace. Our system, along with complete one on one instruction, allows each lesson to be beneficial.  Our results include increased confidence in and around the water, shorter progression timelines, safety awareness and improved stroke form, strength, coordination, agility, and speed. We want them to develop and a life-long respect for and love of the water.

Youth Soccer Training

With over 20 years of youth soccer training experience we have developed a program that teaches the basics of soccer while improving the skills necessary to be successful.  Starting at 18 months old and tailored to the skill levels of the children in the class we are able to show progress quickly.  What makes us unique is the training exercises that we have developed over the years.  We use games that teach specific skills. By using games the kids have fun while they learn. Making sure they enjoy the process ensures that they want to come back and continue getting better.  We concentrate on instilling the character qualities that help beyond the game.  Qualities like hard work, perseverance, respect, and teamwork.
